Balance
Balance is not a static thing. We walk with one leg at a time, shifting balance from one foot to the other; but we all know how difficult it is to walk on one leg. We need to focus on each area in their own way and time. While striving for balance, remember to be congruent also; congruent with what you want and what is most important to YOU.
Planning Perspective
Planners are essential for remembering details. However, if you feel like your planner is bossing you around, it’s time for a change in perspective. Remember that the planner is simply a reminder of things you COULD do—if you choose. Plan with an idea of what resources you currently have, and make wise choices. Ie-time, money, energy, etc.
