‘Wellness,’ means well-rounded health in all the crucial areas of human life. Using our planner can help in your efforts to maximize your happiness, effectiveness, and healthiness.

Ultimately, a healthy life gives us the most satisfying experiences and opportunities. We can create happiness and contentment for ourselves and those around us. First, however, we must know where to focus our efforts. Six general areas make up a balanced life:

No one area of life is the most important because they interplay with each other. When all go together properly, we have energy and confidence, which helps us to be happy and content. When one area of health is neglected, the others also suffer.

For example, if a person feels socially rejected by people around them, they might feel emotionally depressed. They may also become lethargic, eat less, or eat more than is physically healthy.

The same is true about positive influences on our wellness. As one’s physical health increases, they can feel more confidence about themselves, relieve stress inducing hormones, and begin to feel less overwhelmed. This happiness, new energy, and confidence help to draw people to them.
