It's important to remember that despite the teachings of popular media, there is no ‘perfect’ body size and shape that fits everyone. Each individual is different. To be physically healthy, you can focus on eating healthy and living an active lifestyle. Most doctors recommend exercise at least 3 times a week. Exercise can counter depression and stimulates healthy feelings.
Another aspect of physical health is healing our bodies when they are sick or broken-and avoiding accidents. It is vital to care for the immediate needs that sustain our lives, or to solve emergencies that threaten them. It is not a healthy practice to put oneself in danger
