Intellectual Wellness

Everyone needs to be sharpening their intellect and pursuing ‘new’ ideas or refining the ‘old’ ones. It is easy to get trapped inside our comfort zones and wonder why we feel like we are in a rut. New experiences and learning actually develop new connections in our brains, as shown by scientific studies.

People who are intellectually well are able to process new ideas, see new perspectives, and derive innovative solutions to problems. Statistically, college educated people make significantly more money than non-college-educated people. There are few people who cannot recognize the important value of a sharp mind.
